As a part of the agreement St. John's Capital became the lead investor in The Marcil Group Inc. $2,500,000 Series A financing round. St. John's Capital Group provides ongoing equity financing options for The Marcil Group Inc. to enable the company to continue to expand operations. As a part of the investment St. John's Capital Group has acquired a significant equity position in The Marcil Group Inc. Edwin Yeh, Managing Partner of St. Johns Capital, has joined The Marcil group Inc. board of directors.
