Volume Forecasting analyzes extensive historical data to anticipate future volumes and supplies your organization with an accurate forecast of staffing requirements. Time & Attendance

Time & Attendance collects and tracks employee attendance information while detecting and alerting you of all attendance variations including employees working overtime, those not scheduled, those outside of scheduled hours, etc. The schedule administrator processes these exceptions and conducts weekly time and attendance processing from a single screen.

Comparing proposed staff needs—the schedule—to actual staff usage controls labor costs. Time & Attendance calculates payments and allowances for each employee while applying costs to specific cost centers and supplying dozens of management reports.
