Resource Management allows Project Managers to schedule out resources by project based on resource skills and proficiencies. Schedules are created in Xpede.NET and can be newly created or copied from previously saved schedules. Schedules are created based on project and resource information. Resources are limited based on Project Roster setup. Inquiries can be run to show Schedules, Resources, Dates, and Hours. - Resource Utilization Report – Actual hours a resource has been utilized.
- Scheduled Utilization Report – Hours a resource has been utilized based on productive hours and scheduled hours.
- Project Schedule Report - Project Schedule information.
- Skill Load Report – Hours a resource has been scheduled to work on a project.
- Resource Load Report – Hours a resource has been scheduled based on a date range.
All reports are available within the SSRS reports options.
