Education Services is committed to providing the finest training possible to our resellers and customers. In addition to training provided at corporate headquarters in Fargo, N.D., courses are available in various regions throughout North America and on-site per special requests. All training classes are hands-on, allowing students to interact with the software and include lecture, discussion, comprehensive materials, as well as case studies and more. Who is eligible for training?
Resellers that are current and have paid their partner fees are eligible to attend all training courses. Resellers will find value both in end-user training and also in certification training.
Marcil Technologies reserves the right to cancel training courses for any reason if necessary. Notification of cancellation will be made 2 weeks before the first day of class.
Students must cancel their registration for a course within 14 days of the first day of training, or be charged 50% of the course fee. If a training coupon is used, the entire coupon will be forfeited.
If a student fails to attend a class without notification before the start date of the class, the student will be charged 100% of the course fee.
